Any substitute for intralipids infusion?

Hi, have my 2nd fet last Monday 22nd Feb so in the throws of the 2 week wait. Don't feel any symptoms this time at all... I already had sore chest by this stage in November but that ended in chemical so am hoping perhaps nó signs is a good thing!

My clinic in Prague insisted I take a intralipids infusion on Monday before my transfer.... But during my consultation with doctor she was suprised I wasn't recommended to take one the week before and after also.... This cost me an extra €23 at the clinic.... Although she kinda dismissed it as OK for not taking before and after it got me thinking perhaps I should if I can..... But good old Google has shown there's few places to have this done in Ireland (and my movements are restricted with 2wks of isolation)... Prices seem to start at €260..which is a crazy jump from clinic price.. Just wondering has anyone been advised of any affordable alternatives??
