Low ish progesterone starting lubion on day of transfer is that too late?

My last FET and fresh both failed. My progesterone was 22 and my clinic said they like above 20. I did some research had a review and asked this time if was below 30 could I have lubion which they agreed. Today is transfer day and my levels are 18. 😡 even lower then before. So they are putting me on lubion as of today. Which is great is what I asked for.

But is on the day of transfer too late for my levels? Taking 3x200mg of utrogestan on an evening and now 1xlubion. Should I ask for something else? Should I even get my hopes up?

This is our last embryo so a lot rides on this one already.
