thrombophilia blood tests - recurrent miscarriage - waiting to start 3rd cycle

Hello,

I hope someone can help me...I need to get these blood test done before our next cycle. I can have them done at our local hospital but they said it could take 6-8 weeks to get the results. My clinic will do them however they are pricey.

Has anyone had these done & how long did it take to get the results through the NHS?

Hi Mrs, I had mine done with my normal GP and results took 1 week xx

I had mine done on NHS with miscarriage clinic took 3 weeks for me to get them although they probably had them earlier xx

Yeah the recurrent miscarriage clinic said I can get them there too. They said results can take 6-8 weeks so who knows lol! Getting results out if them is always tricky 😂 thanks xx

Yeah maybe with the current situation that's the time scake they give. Although iv found that some services on the NHS are saying a few month but coming through in a couple of weeks my sister needs her hip checking and they said to her last week it'll be around 3 month for x ray and physio will be longer, physio is today and x ray is on 17 feb. So you never know how quick it actually could be xx
