Hi Ladies

Hope you're all doing ok despite set backs and long waits, I hope this is our year! I was just wondering what supplements you're all on? I just take the pregnacare one but wonder if I should be taking other supplements, has anyone researched this?

Thanks

Mx

Hi Maria-Louisa. I took Seven Seas Trying for a Baby vitamins, vital DHA omega 3 (Zita West) and spray vitamin D. You don't have to go overboard if you have a healthy varied diet 😚 x x

I'm on the Seven Seas Trying for a Baby vitamins and that's all. My doctor told me just to live a healthy lifestyle.

This time we've been told folic acid much larger dosage than usual, vitamin d and omega 3, the omega 3 and multi vitamin is shop bought, they told me they're all very much the same these days and yes pregnacare almost identical to hair and nail pills from tesco with added bonus of a few minerals such as magnesium etc. The folic acid higher strength is from the gp. We were never told about omega before for me, only ever for hubby, but we eat good omega rich diet anyway so probably not a huge change.

I took pregnancy vitamin, folic acid, royal jelly, vitamin e, vitamin c and magnesium. The research I did came was more from the US. My DH also took a supplement to boost sperm count and cut way way back on alcohol as the sperm produced is from 3 months previous.

Hope this helps.
