Hi guys ..

Well after my failed cycle last February we had a delay whilst trying to get money for another cycle together got the money then another delay when they said too much oestrogen in my blood then during the next month wait went down with pelvic inflammotry disease then had to hand two urine samples to doctors over four weeks which was yet another delay! 😟😟😟 I handed the last one in last weds just gone and I have just about finished this cycle now so will wait fingers crossed I actually get to start second cycle next month!! I also had smear whilst waiting and for last 3 have had hpv virus show up which is why I have them every 12 months but this time no hpv so no more smear for three years which is good!! Hope this cycle goes smoother for you. It took me a year from first going to the clinic to getting to ET. So many delays - clinic full, high progesterone, no response to stimms, lining too thin.

Aww Liz fingers crossed for you, we are trying again Sept so could be cycle buddies (again) lol. Are you having a different protocol this time?? This is my last try with own eggs now, I am doing the flare treatment chances aren't that high but just wanted one more go before moving on to DE, I am also back on the dhea as that helped last time and my new consultant promotes it xxx

I am not sure what protocol I am on now I am not taking the gonal f this time as they have switched me to totally new drugs so hopefully I will have better espouse than last time fingers crossed for both of us and yes would be amazing to be cycle buddies again love! Lol xxx

I am on all new drugs this time aswell, my last attempt with my eggs so really hoping for a miracle as its so expensive self funding, would be nice to be cycle buddies again lol xxx

Hi Honey..

Yes i know only to well how expensive this is we broke our backs and used every resource available to us to raise this money the thought of doing it all again if it didnt work just adds extra pressure because tbh i dont think we will ever be able to get this type of money again which makes it a whole lot harder!! The best of luck honey you never know could be third time lucky for you! lol xxx
