Finished FET transfer today..... Fingers crossed.... Positive.... Pessaries painful...

Hi all.... So had my transfer today...doc asked me to have lots n lots of probiotic because constipation is bad for implantation... May be its true because I was constipated due to ivf medications in my fresh transfer... But now... It's a frozen blastocyst... My first fresh cycle transfer is little bit more like 5AA but the one I had today is frozen one its a 5 day embryo.... Hope everything goes well.... After 2months of break... Feeling very positive with little weight loss.... N it will be positive this time!!!!! Pessaries are little painful to insert as the tube is very sharp..... Rest tonight n can do all work from tomorrow.... Started walk twice a day from 2 months .... Mrng n Evng each 45mins....need to continue it from tmrw.... Positive this time......I'm taking a break and will be back with positive in 2weeks till then see u warriors... Take care stay safe...

I was really constipated before and after my fresh transfer to! My consultant didnt say it was harmful though - i’m currently pregnant after a successful round!

However I did take lactulose from transfer day as recommended by clinic as safe during pregnancy. I had to get it from the pharmacy. Took a few days to kick in but really helped! So if you’re finding probiotics alone arent helping, speak to tour clinic about other options.
