I am freaking out because I just found out that You shouldn’t take melatonin during pregnancy and I’ve been taking 5mg every night if my first trimester. I’m almost at 13 weeks. Obviously I’m going to inform my obgyn but please need reassurance from anyone else who knows anything about this??? So scared I’ve done harm to my baby.
