Extra Progynova by accident

I’m slightly panicking... I had an FET on Wednesday mid day with a hatching day 5 blast. I’ve been on 4 tablets of estrogen - 2 in the morning and 2 at night.

Yesterday (Thursday) I went to take my evening pills and it looked like I had forgotten the morning ones, so I took all 4 at once. This morning (Friday) I realized 2 missing from another pack - I must have taken them in the morning.

Anyway now I’m worried that I’ve taken too much. I’ve read online that too much estrogen shortens the implantation window... I’m just so disappointed in myself. I’m scared I’ve just screwed this whole thing up. Anyone experience anything like this?

If this cycle doesn’t work, I guess I’ll never know if it was this mess up or not that did it.

Try not to panic it happens I forgot a progesterone ones and clinic just said carry on as normal I think a one off wouldn’t make much difference it’s if you kept doing it constantly , maybe get yourself a pill box and do it weekly this is what I did so I could see if I had taken it or not rather than rely on the packet.
