I took all sorts of supplements for my 4 transfers and honestly don’t think they made any difference to the outcome - I’d stick with a good prenatal - I’m over 35 so took Proceive Max for women as that has the most “stuff” in it - it’s not cheap though x

Hey lovely, I would recommend a prenatal, and vit E up until the transfer, not beyond (for lining), also coq10 could possibly help. If you don't have any issues with thin lining that should be enough, however if you have lining issues you could consider adding in raspberry leaf tea supplements up until transfer (not beyond) and also drinking pom and beetroot juice. Best of luck! x

Thank u so much, i have pregnacare pre conception, i will order vit E, any particular strength! i do take vit d3 but that is for another health issue i have, i am sure it won't do any harm either. I had considered the ubiquinol or coq10 but they are sooo expensive on top of everything else. Tho i think i might get them as i have to try all for my last wee embryo. My lining previous times was ok i believe, but sure im Sure it wud do no harm to have a few cups of radpberry leaf tea anyway 🙂 Thank u x

I’m currently taking 600iu of vit e but will reduce that approaching my transfer then stop completely just before. I think coq10 is mostly known for egg quality so as you’re having a FET you could not do that one I reckon. Also brisk walking everyday for blood flow! Xx

Hiya 😊 i took optibac for women (not the gut one) before i got pregnant and also went to a great reflexologist in culmore.

I was really just on vit D and folic acid. I had other stuff in there to help with my lining but wouldnt class them as vitamins. I see you spoke about ubiquinol and Coq10 but they are more for egg quality so dont worry about not taking them if they are expensive!xx

Im ok thanks, things are ticking away. Got a wee belly. Had another private scan a week or so ago and all is looking as it should......I think. Would just be nice to get the anomaly scan out of the way to know but that's not until the end of Dec.xx

Ha ha ha no it certainly doesn't feel that way at all....its dragging! I think once we get this next scan out of the way it will be better, just so we know all is ok....wishing the time away!xx
