CoQ10 and how long to to continue taking it

I was advised to take CoQ10 by my fertility clinic. I had embryo retrieval 23 November and have had my embryos frozen for January. Does anyone know how long I should continue taking CoQ10?

Hi Gemlin, As I understand it CoQ10 is mainly for egg quality - so in theory once you have collected the eggs you don't really need it any more. However (and not wanting to sound negative) it might be worth continuing until your FET (stop then) because if you need to do another cycle hopefully it will help with future egg quality xx
