BFP then bleeding.

So 15 days after my IUI on Wednesday I got a positive test it wasn’t very dark but after 4 tests it was defo there. Excitement was short lived as 2 days later on Friday I bled pretty heavily red for a day it has continued over the weekend going between slightly red and brown and mostly when I wipe not really getting to the pad.

I did test again on Thursday about 8 at night and test was a lot fainter than the first so pretty nervous to test again even though I’m not convinced it was accurate cause I had drank a ton all day.

All clinic can do is wait to see what happens so to test again Thursday to find out.

Not sure how to feel atm I feel silly clinging to the tiny bit of hope I still have even though I’m pretty sure it’s a chemical.

Anyone got any advice on how to get through next few days? Do I have any reason to have a little bit of hope or am I just kidding myself?

You could get an hcg blood test to try understand exactly what’s going on because sometimes you can bleed and have retained tissue which can still cause a bit of hormone - I had this with one of my losses and went on for ages until I bled again.

If clinic aren’t willing to do bloods you could do them privately you need to do one then one 48 hrs after to see if the level has gone up or down.
