Is anyone else really suffering with blocked sinuses? It’s now developing into a full blown cold which I have no idea how I got it as have been isolating for weeks! I’m 9 weeks and just feel so run down and exhausted and my blocked nose isn’t helping me to sleep. Any tips or tricks as I can’t take any of my usual cold meds for obvious reasons!

Sterimar salt water nasal spray is good and totally safe in pregnancy - you can use it as often as needed to wash out your sinuses. Also breathing in steam can help, if you get a bowl of hot water and lean over it with a towel over your head to trap the steam
