I'm currently on day 8 of stims, I had been alternating 75iu and 150iu of Ovaleap, had a scan this morning to check my follicles.
My right ovary has so far got about 15 decent sized follicles, but my left isn't doing so well, and they've not detected much going on 😢
Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be worried? They've not upped my dose to 150iu every day, and I'm being scanned again on Friday.

Can you email your clinic and ask what they think? It might well explain things as I think you release an egg from alternating sides?
I'm nervous and excited about Friday!! Really pleased to get to egg collection but not looking forward to the actual procedure but as everyone says it will be over and done with before I know it! I just hope we collect some heathy eggies that fertilise 🤞 xx
The sonographer said she didn't seem to concerned, but I still felt kind of bittersweet after the scan. I'm now on the same dose daily rather than alternating up and down, so hopefully that will help. I'll see what they say.
I can't wait to get to that stage, but apprehensive too! Once your in and under it'll pass by in no time. I'll be sending lots of positive vibes your way for lots of healthy eggs xx
If they aren't worried, I wouldn't be either... It may just be how you have responded so far and might change now they have adjusted meds.

Oh definitely on the over thinking.... And it doesn't help that the clinics (of mine at least) are so matter of fact with little reassurance and communication with something that's so huge for us... But I'm sure all is good!! 💪 X
Agreed! And sometimes I felt like one hand wasn't talking to the other with my clinic, got misleading information right at the start! 🙄 Xx
At my first scan one of my ovaries had quite a few follicles and the other only had a couple, it then caught up with the other one by collection day xx
