I’m 7dp5dt from a FET and have for the past two days been experiencing shooting sharp pains on my lower right hand side only. I had my left tube removed earlier this year due to an ectopic. I’m petrified it’s happening again on the other side. The pain hasn’t stopped (almost like a stitch) it’s keeps coming every few minutes and is worse if I make any sudden movements.
I called my clinic but the doctor said there’s nothing to do until my OTD and if the pain gets worse to go to A&E. I’m so worried and so confused what should I do?

Hi love, I also worry about this all the time. Did you have symptoms this early with your previous ectopic? Do you have any other symptoms or feelings? X
Thanks for your reply ❤️ I had no pain with my last ectopic which I only discovered at my viability scan 6 and a half weeks. I have no symptoms at all other than this one sided pain - it’s so mentally distressing!
Yes same with mine. I think it would be very early to have pain but I would just keep an eye on it. What about appendicitis? I don’t want to scare you but it could be worth getting checked if you’re panicking. Hope all is ok. Xx
I’ve had 2 ectopics and ultimately lost both tubes - the second was following an IVF transfer - both mine though didn’t present with any symptoms like pain until 6 weeks so it is a little early and they definitely wouldn’t be able to see anything on a scan at this point? How low is the pain? If it’s lower than your hip I’d say it could be implantation pain - I had very strong left sided implantation pain with my daughter and it lasted a few hours
That’s what I keep thinking - it’s so early to have pain if it is ectopic but what else could it possibly be?! But knowing my luck 😪
The pain is next to my hip bone (basically in the same position as my laparoscopy scar on the other side) but has now been more than 2 days.... do you think there is any possibility that could be implantation?
My implantation pain only lasted a few hours.... how long has it been since you had your ectopic surgery? It could be that you have a corpus luteus cyst on your ovary (which is completely normal) and it’s interfering with some scar tissue?
