I am currently on my first ICSI cycle. I couldn’t have a fresh transfer after my egg collection as my lining was too thin. We have 2 frozen embryos and I think I will have my FET some time next week.
I was hoping for any advice of anything that has worked for anyone in the lead up to transfer and also after?
I am eating a healthy balanced diet full of leafy greens, pineapple, Pomegranate juice (🤢), raspberry leaf tea and Brazil nuts.
I would be really grateful for any additional advice of things that have worked for others, or even things that people don’t advise too!
Thanks so much in advance. Wishing you all the luck on your journeys too 🥰 xx

Bluedolphin1 thank you so much. I have been having smoothies every morning but have added avocado this morning and have spinach with my dinner tonight xx
I did all the above but a few weeks before transfer had acupuncture. Only 1/2 sessions and then I had acupuncture on the day of transfer before and after.... not sure if it helped but I did get a bfp.... wishing all the luck in the world with your cycle xx
destiny121 thank you so much I will speak to my clinic at my next scan and see if they can recommend anyone for it. Congratulations on your BFP 🥰 what did you do after the transfer and for the 2 week wait? I’ve heard some people literally do nothing or just continue with normal life but no lifting? Xx
I continued with normal life just ate really well in terms of veg etc. I ate a handful of Brazil nuts each day and also drank pomegranate and a bit of pineapple for around 5 days I think.... other than that nothing else and just tried to relax as much as possible and not get too stressed out... easier said than done though I know xx
I would agree with all and particularly the advice to stay calm and not stress - easier said that done mind you! Try to find a good box set, put your feet up and take it easy. Be kind to yourself. X
I had an egg everyday and lots of milk! Also try to relax (easier said than done though). I also allowed myself some sweet stuff just in moderation...the process is hard so I think a treat is deserved! Good luck, fingers crossed for you x
Looks like you're going everything right 😊with my last FET I cut down on exercise and did less intense workouts. My lining struggled initially with my previous FET and I think the workoutsight have been a contributing factor. Nice steady walks whilst listening to some relaxing music were such a game changer.
I also did acupuncture for my last FET. Although it took me a few sessions to get into it, I really enjoyed it by my last session. I'm not sure how much they contributed to my BFP but it really allowed me to enjoy the process and I felt like I really connected with the embroys after transfer.
