I am slightly confused so hoping someone can help to shed some light?
I started spotting, (very light brown discharge) on 26/06. My period was due on 28/06. Spotting has now stopped, but still no period. I am getting period-like pain like lower back ache and side cramps. For context, my period is never ever late, if anything it's usually a couple days early, so i am slightly baffled to say the least!
We have so far had two rounds of ICSI (March - May) this year, sadly both failed. I am wondering if perhaps all the fertility meds have impacted on my cycles, or worse still shut down my hormones completely!? Worried as i have low AMH.. !
Thanks all

There is a chance I could be pregnant, although quite unlikely as my husband has very very low sperm count combined with morphology issues hence why we did ICSI. So it would well and truly be a miracle!
Although the chance of naturally conceiving is perhaps small with your conditions it is probably still possible like the girls said, maybe you should do a test just to confirm?
Thanks for your reply - Yes, i think i will take a test in the next few days if still no sign of AF. Very bizarre... Even if it's only a small chance, a chance is still a chance i guess! x
You're amazing not doing a test right away, I probably would've done 10 by now. As you say, a small chance is still a chance, stranger things have happened! Good luck x
Ha ha... i know so disciplined of me. I can feel my period coming any day now so holding out before i take a test only to get disappointed. That's my strategy (for now!) Thanks x
I have an amh count of 4... My GP explained that the drown discharge I was experiencing was a possible sign my eggs were running low n first signs of menopausal symptoms..the discharge along side back pain was the only symptoms of Endo I had. I watched my sister in agony for yrs so really didn't think I had Endo. Turns out am a lot worse than she ever was but it's just one of those things -some women don't have any pain... my consultant dismissed my GPs suggestion a little and believes it's more likely linked to Endo cysts (refered to as chocolate brown cysts).. if u have a cyst on you ovary it may be effecting ur periods..worth asking for scan if it continues...not to scare u but I had my discharge for months and months. I shouldn't have waited so long to go see my GP..so that b the only advise I would give u . Go see them put ur mind at ease...I hope it is good news for you and a sign of early pregrancy..fingers crossed
Thanks for your comments. Sorry to hear of your challenges, endo is no fun at all. I had a laparoscopy back in 2011 to clear mine. But pretty sure i still have some or it has returned as experience painful lower back ache and pelvic pain at certain times of the month.
Interesting, i'd never heard of chocolate brown cysts, i shall bring this up at my next appointment with the doc. The discharge is very very light, and not every time i wipe (sorry tmi!). But still a bit baffled. Anyway, i'm sure it will sort itself out x
