Egg collection going ahead - but I feel so sad...

So after a week of “coasting” as my E2 levels were too high, I can now go for egg collection on Monday. However when I was called today they said my levels had dropped to 14,000 which meant that a lot of my bigger follicles had died off on my first round I had only 4 mature eggs out of 12 collected and none fertilised. This round the doctors wanted to get bigger follicles which we had, but we have now lost due to “coasting”. I’m so anxious and scared of repeating our first round with no fertilisation because my eggs aren’t mature enough. Has anyone had an success stories with this?
