Thanks Lisa! Yep definitely not a novice now. What a rollercoaster it is!! I start taking my meds on the 16th of Oct it's a ultra short flare Plan so protocol is new but I found really helpful the support groups and others going through the process. My hubby is great but it's a different experience for him compared to us women.

Hi Miracle43 it's where they get you to take the pill, testosterone, melatonin, coq10 for 21 days before the ivf cycle (some people have called it down reging) basically puts ovaries into hybination before they hit it with everything. Decapytial, gonal f, luveris then the orgalutran then dual trigger shot. Basically this protocol is designed if you are a poor responder, not producing many follicles, ideally this helps you to produce more. Guess I will see last time I started with 9 little ones, one 3 made it to size so hoping for more this time round.

Thank you, I’ve got low amh and I guess a low responder. I have done a short protocol.

Usually take testogel (testosterone) for 3wks prior to stims. I’ve been taking COQ10 and melatonin for a little while aswell

They usually prescribe Norethisterone on day 21 of my cycle to time my bleed.

It’s interesting to see the different protocols.

Hi PenguinBlue feeling pretty good. Such a rollercoaster but really trying to stay positive. If we all get our happy ending i am sure this is worth it. Different protocol for me this time so just hope it works. GOODLUCK for your cycle too!!

Hi JaneHaley, I hope your injection went fine??? Some people really struggle with this. I am sure no one likes needles and it is really strange giving them to yourself.
