Hi I start down regulation for FET on 4th Oct so a little ahead of you. Your protocol is the same as mine. I had the same protocol for my last FET also. It feels very long but gives them the flexibility with lining and dates.
For vitamins I was told by the clinic to take pregnancare, high strength vitamin D and Cod liver oil (not sore why on the last one). For prep I cut down on exercise but take long walks as I've read that high intensity workouts can actually have a detrimental effect on lining. I also drink a glass of POM juice everyday. My lining was 10.2mm on transfer day so I was leased. Unfortunately my last FET ended Inna chemical but that could have been down to embryo abnormalities. For this cycle I'm doing the same but I've booked in some acupuncture and I'm going to try so fertility yoga.
I took a week annual leave after my last FET and I plan on hopefully doing the same this time. However if I can't then I will try my best for three days off. I think it's down to preference. As the lovely ladies on here will tell you that some go straight back to work and some take time off. It depends on how it'll make you feel.
I always get a stinking headache with buseralin so I make sure I'm well hydrated which can help. The progynova made me feel nauseous on and off so I'm not looking forward to that. It wasn't near as bad as a fresh cycle but feels just as long nevertheless.
Thank you for your well wishes. We are hoping for third time lucky 🤞 we have two frosties (5AB and 4AA) left so will be putting them both back in if they survive the thaw.
Message me anytime it'll be nice to Sharpe the journey with you also.
