Probiotic supplement to help with gut health / fertility

Hi Ladies, I am looking for a probiotic supplement to help with gut health / fertility - does anyone have any suggestions?

Due to asthma and allergies i cannot go for the usual highly fermented food options as they often cause histamine release in me hence thinking of taking a probiotic supplement to get ready for my fet. I only have 1 frozen embryo (day 2, 3 cell, grade 2) so i really want to try to give it my best shot.

Hi joey. I took one off amazon when i read that probiotic drinks etc dont do much. The one i purchased has 5 of the good bacteria. Not sure if it is the best but i thought lets try it. Its called bio cultures complex xx

Hi joey81, leading up to this transfer I really cleaned up my diet as I think my issues previously had been linked to immune issues so I saw a nutritionist who advised a diet plan and supplements, I to suffer with allergies but touch wood I haven't had one in several months and I am also 5weeks and 5 days pregnant. The probiotic I was taking was called Microbiome labs, MegaSporebiotic.
