So, I've been eating pinapple for a good couple of months, still eating 2 slices daily. Had embreyo transfer 7 days ago. How long can I continue eating pinapple for?

Hi 👋🏼 when I got a BFP at 7 days I stopped as I read pineapple Is to be avoided once pregnant (one minute it’s good next minute it’s bad! 🙈😂) I think it’s supposed to help with implantation which will have happened by now. Ps this is totally just based on my own interpretation of google and my own thoughts so far from actual proven advice xx

It's not the pineapple your suppose to eat it's the core of the pineapple...the hard yucky bit in the middle of the pineapple, as that's the part that contains bromelain xx
