Hi Danae, I usually have a few troubles in this department. Adding patches into my protocol has helped me....the theory is to try and get estrogen in a different way. I usually start on 8mg of progynova and a 100mg patch every 48hrs. I find that taking vit E high dose and drinking raspberry leaf tea really helps too. Good luck for next scan.xxx

Hiya... My line always good with progynova but I have researched about it so use avocado and salmon fish in your diet along with your medication it will help inshallah. Best of luck🙏🙏

Hi and thank you for your reply, I do introduce in my diet lot of things this time, red beans, salmon, avocado, nuts, oats, fruit and vegetables, most of them steamed....acupuncture,l’arginine , raspberry tea....and I don’t understand why this time didn’t work better, that’s why they add me the patches

I'm in a similar situation so can only wish you best of luck and remind you that you're not alone in this struggle! On my last cycle the sonographer scanned me for 10 mins and found that the lining thickness was varying by approx 1mm (4.5 - 5.5) as there were movements in my body...have you ever managed to get a thicker lining?

I did in may,6.4, but I have to cancel my transfer and I june when I managed to fly it was dropped by 1 mm....

Hey lovely. Did you try a nice warm casteroil pack. Ive read good things about it increasing bloodflow. Also if you can try to have your circulation moving by gentle walking or maybe gentle yoga exercises. Its just to have a nice flow going. X

Hi😊I do work in customer service .... doing like 15.000-20.000 steps a day😚about the castor oil I was thinking today as well, but I’m kind of afraid to try, because I was taking l’arginine this cycle and when I had the blood clot I thought maybe the l’arginine was affecting.... I’m so confused and afraid 😦
