Low AMH cycle update: My 1 egg fertilised 🎉

So I got the phone call this morning. I was absolutely convinced that my little egg hadn’t survived the night but the embryologist said it has fertilised normally despite the vacuole (which is still visible) now I’m holding my breath again for tomorrow’s call 🤦🏻‍♀️ !

I had 2 eggs collected from 2 follicles, both fertilised and had a 3 day transfer. Currently in my 2ww. Sending you lots of baby dust 💖💖xx

Oh wow that’s great!! I had exactly the same happen to me last round but from 3 follicles at collection. My little boy is nearly six months old 👍🏻👍🏻 Very very best of luck ✨💐Xx

Exactly. Never heard of one before but Iv spent since egg collection reading scientific papers on them 🙈 it’s a fluid filled sac that indicates abnormalities. We still don’t really understand much about them 🤷🏻‍♀️ If my egg had burst on injection or failed to fertilise they would have said it’s probably because of the vacuole. But it survived icsi and fertilised normally so 🤔

Wonderful news!! I only had one fertilised egg that was half decent (good to average) due to low AMH and had it put back in on day 3 as it wasn’t developing as it should and here I am holding my 8 month old baby girl. It only takes one!! Lots of love and baby dust xxxx
