So I got the phone call this morning. I was absolutely convinced that my little egg hadnโt survived the night but the embryologist said it has fertilised normally despite the vacuole (which is still visible) now Iโm holding my breath again for tomorrowโs call ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ !
Love and luck to you all ๐ช๐ปxx

Oh wow thatโs great!! I had exactly the same happen to me last round but from 3 follicles at collection. My little boy is nearly six months old ๐๐ป๐๐ป Very very best of luck โจ๐Xx
Morning, sending you masses of luck, your story is similar to mine so you are very much inspiring me to keep going ๐๐ป๐xx
Exactly. Never heard of one before but Iv spent since egg collection reading scientific papers on them ๐ itโs a fluid filled sac that indicates abnormalities. We still donโt really understand much about them ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ If my egg had burst on injection or failed to fertilise they would have said itโs probably because of the vacuole. But it survived icsi and fertilised normally so ๐ค
Wonderful news!! I only had one fertilised egg that was half decent (good to average) due to low AMH and had it put back in on day 3 as it wasnโt developing as it should and here I am holding my 8 month old baby girl. It only takes one!! Lots of love and baby dust xxxx
