I am 32. My first ivf ended in a miscarriage at 8 weeks unfortunately. It’s so hard to come out of it and I am just so devastated. If there are any success stories with FET, please let me know so it would give me some hope. Looking forward to your replies.

First ivf fresh cycle, missed miscarriage
I’m so sorry to hear this, it’s heartbreaking. We had a MMC after our 2nd cycle so understand what you’re going through. I’m afraid I’ve not had a FET after the miscarriage yet but just wanted to wish you the best of luck xxx
I’ve had 5 miscarriages 2 ruptured ectopics - I’ve only ever done FET - I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant from a double FET - this is my 4th transfer
For some age groups - particularly late 30s and older FET actually has better success rates x
I’m so sorry your first cycle ended that way, I had a mc on my first cycle as well and I know how devastating it is. I didn’t get any Frosties that cycle but I did on a later cycle and I am currently pregnant from my first frozen transfer so don’t give up hope. Sending big hugs and positive vibes for your FET xxx
Am currently 25 to 26weeks gone from FET
So sorry to hear this 😔 must be awful for you. I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant after having a FET in January. Do you have some frozen embryos? I only had the one and it worked!! Xxx
Congratulations! Yes, I do have frozen embryos. But I am a little scared to go thru with it again thinking if it will also end the same way 😥. But will anyway go thru with it. Do you remember the timeline for FET ? I mean is it any shorter than that the fresh IVF cycle ?
Thank you. I know it must be so hard but try think really positively and try look after yourself get lots of rest and nice baths and pamper yourself.
FET is so much shorter than fresh cycle and cheaper!Youve already done all the hard work having the eggs collected etc. We were referred back in November, had nurse consultation in December and started treatment straight away. Had the FET beginning of January.
If you ever need anything please feel free to message me, I’m here to help if I can xxx
I have had 4 misscariages in total and an ectopic. My first fresh transfer ended in missed misscariage at 9 weeks last year. As soon as we were able we transferred two embryos frozen and one survived and I’m currently 37 weeks just another few weeks to meet my baby. I found frozen embryos to stick and develop a lot better than a fresh because it has a harder environment to survive in. Good luck with your transfer xox
