Transfer schedules

Hi ladies, hope you all are doing well. I’ve gone through four cycles of ivf and FINALLY have two good embryos! They did an endoscopy today and said my uterus looks good and they will be moving ahead with scheduling my transfer. I won’t allow myself to even get a little excited because it’s been one hard after another for me.

I just wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions for before and after transfer. Did you relax or go back to work? Did you eat something specific? Any advice is helpful!

Hi Lind. Well, after all you have been through, I'm sending you HUGE bundles of luck for this transfer. I would have a good rest afterwards, but try and keep busy too, without overdoing things. You may have read on some previous posts that pineapple core seems to be one of the in things just now. You can buy it sliced with the core attached at most supermarkets, or do it yourself. Supposed to have anti-clotting properties to help with blood flow to the womb lining and helps to prevent clot formation. Thinking of you. Diane
