So after 3 failed FET (Own eggs/ 2 x blastocysts each transfer) i did an era test. I was pre receptive..so this transfer they adjusted the days of progesterone accordingly.(Thanks to this group as i did not know about era test.) Today is 11dp5dt and i think it didnt work. Blood test in 3 days but negative urine test till now. No symptoms whatsoever. Sore breast a few days after transfer and some cramping the day after transfer bit then nothing else. I know deep down its over.
I dont know what went wrong. Could i have done something different? I dont know. Together with dh we decided not to use donor eggs even if clinic told us its a good option.
I did endometrium scratching, amh checking, fallobian tube checking and era test...eggs were of good quality, all blastocysts, i dont know what to do.
If i start new ivf with eggs retrieval etc..is there something i can do different? Some tests that you girls know about?
Advices would be most welcome.

Well done on getting the ERA. It's sad but this is often a bit of trial and error until you find the right protocol to have your baby.
I had a TEG and pai-1 blood test. I had passed all the usual blood clotting tests but discovered I was positive to TEG and pai-1 mutation so need clexane daily for about 6 days prior to transfer all the way to 6 weeks post birth. I'm also prone to blood clots during/after long haul flights and surgery so I'll clexane then too. This is good to know.
You could also have immune issues and might need intralipids a few times.
Did you have your embryos pgs tested for genetic abnormalities? This is handy albeit expensive.
Have good quality supplements both you and husband before retrieval (3 months is good but even a month should be fine if time isn't on your side). Ubiquinol coq10, dhea etc
Thanks for replying..i didnt do genetic screening...will def think about it... So many new ideas..thank you. I will read about them and talk with my doctor. Thanks huge.
Im sorry to hear that after your ERA you didnt have a successful cycle, however even with this there are no guarantees unfortuately. I would agree with fingerscrossed that immunes may be a good thing to try although not all clinics agree with this. Intralipids and/or a gentle steriod such as prednisolone may help with your next transfer. Might be worth adding in blood thinners such as baby aspirin or clexane. I was asked if I wanted to do PGS but have opted out of this due to the small risk of damaging the embryo or inaccurate results whereby they discard the embryos. Whilst we know not all embryos will be chromosomally normal I feel it was best to allow nature to do its thing as much as it can do in IVF if you know what I mean. We did however do the ERA which did show a displacement of implantation window of a full 24hrs. Sometimes it is just down to rotten luck if you have all bases covered. Good luck.xx
Hi..i am on enoxion everyday since transfer day and taking aspirine also. 3 times progynova..pessaries susten2x everyday, injection susten alternate days and duphaston..am 11do5dt but i know its not working. No symptoms nothing. And negative hpt.
It sounds like you have meds covered as far as blood thinners and progesterone is concerned so that is good. I think you have just had very bad luck this time around that it hasnt worked. I would ask your consultant about trying an immunes protocol such as taking prednisolone and doing intralipids when you see them next.xx
Will discuss with my doctor about them...i think i will make a list of questions to ask the doc..when i did my last transfer i forgot to ask if they used embryo glue..last time they did..but am not sure if they used it this time round. I get caught in the moment and forget asking crucial things...i mean i have never been checked for progesterone level before transfer..only the 1st time fresh transfer but thats it.. shouldnt it be checked prior to transfer? Sometimes i feel that i did 4 transfers and am still clueless about things. Most of the time i forget to bring the topics up with my doctor prior transfer.
I had mine tested prior to transfer last time as we had adjusted my protocol as my levels were previously low so I would have this done again. Yes, I think that's best to go in with a list of questions as we get side tracked from our thoughts.....I always do this too. Also ask them is everything was optimal for transfer and see if they have any thoughts for future transfers too.xx
No symptoms doesn’t mean you aren’t pregnant and it still could be too early to test - please wait for your otd and then get your blood test to know for sure. Keeping my fingers crossed for you- x
