Scared pregnant after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage almost a year ago. Just found out I'm pregnant today. I've got a stiff neck don't know if this is due to stress or because I'm lying down or leaning on the couch or if its somthing serious.

Sorry for your loss. Congratulations on your BFP!! That's amazing.

I know its really hard to enjoy a pregnancy following a MC, but please dont worry. Your stiff neck will not harm the baby. You've likely slept funny. Take some paracetamol (no ibuprofen) and see how you feel tomorrow. Or maybe a shower or bath with help xxx

It's at the back of my neck it hurts when I turn my head all the way. I got scared thought it was a sign of ectopic

I suffer really badly with my neck and not wanted to take any pain relief being pregnant. I find using an ice pack helps and alternate it with heat.

My neck usually flairs up when I’m stressed so that’s what it’s likely to be x

It is so hard not to be anxious but try to keep as busy as you can. That is what I did x

Hi had a misscarraige in March found out I'm pregnant couple of weeks ago today I'm 6 weeks I know how you feel any little thing u over analyzed like am I ok etc why does this hurt why do I feel like this just no your not alone xxxx
