Hi all... So m on diet right now and also doing workout... To everyone here, I want to share my daily routine and also I want to know urs... Let's find happiness in each other... Please Share your that one workout and diet routine everyday which worked for you or you are currently trying to help manage infertility issues.

So here is my today's one routine for core strength and healthy gut...

Sit in a position on the carpet the position should be like when you pass your bowl movement. Pls see image attached for position. This position helps in passing stool in intestine and also helps in blood circulation to your pelvis area. It's really awesome I'm doing it every morng before I use restroom... It prepares my intestine to pass stool and also helps with constipation... Remember to drink 1 or 2 glass of water before doing it. Do share your experience with this tip and also follow me for one for day tip which Im starting today.... Thanks all the best warriors.... 👶 👶...

Ive been stretching and a similar exercise was suggested. Awesome you see results !

I found this video and tried it two days (did get a period this morning on day 12 way to early so not sure if there is a connection m) but am planning to continue with it anyway as it says to help with ovulation xxx

Hi mimisami,

Gone through video it's very helpful but today I finished by ovulation period but thinking can I do them or not! Since I'm on my 2ww I reduced all abdominal workouts. Currently I'm doing only walking for 40mins...but will definitely try these stretches once I get my negative pregnancy.... Thanks a lot... All the best....
