Hi , can some please share their experiances on when one can try for another ivf after one failed ivf attempt
Many Thanks
Hello All, thank you so much all for your response. Doctor reviewed my cycle today and mentioned that i can start another ivf on my next cycle it seems.
I am sorry to read your posts. A failed cycle is really tough. It’s a hard decision choosing to go again. I didn’t feel like I had a lot of choice as I was getting on a bit and had to time my second go with a quiet time at work (January) after my first round failed at the end of September. I also wanted to avoid Christmas as I just wanted to enjoy it rather than feeling miserable. Fortunately that was enough time for me. People are different though - I have a friend who can’t contemplate doing more than one round in a year. I would weigh up all the pros and cons and see how you feel after a bit of time. I rushed into my first round again because of timing and work: it was straight after a miscarriage but I do wonder if it was all too soon.
Take some time and you will know when it is right to try again,
You should be ashamed of yourself, touting for business with people who are vulnerable on this site. I am actually pregnant so don’t need a surrogate. I have reported you. Please do not post on this forum again.
There seems to be a lot of these 'people' on here talking about surrogacy, apparently the Ukraine is good lol. Obviously there are some genuine ones, but you can definitely tell which ones are fake! I find it really annoying and insensitive, especially when they are commenting on posts that are months or even years old! Well done for saying something 💙
Hi Testuser1000. That sounds about right to me. Usually two cycles after your last IVF. Everyone is different though, some can’t try so soon, but if you feel you will be ready then I wish you well. I shall be thinking of you. Diane
Thank you sharing your experience. I am even hoping for some miracle to happen. Its so stressful to go through this. I hope i will share my success one day.
You have started the journey the first step is always difficult. After that, the journey starts. IVF is a great process. An average IVF cycle takes about 6 to 8 weeks from consultation to transfer, but depending on the specific circumstances of each the path is similar for every patient. Don't be the anxious sweetheart wait for it. I pray that your next cycle would be successful.
