Difficult to say on your chances As it depends on a number of things such as follicle count, AMH, egg quality, protocols etc but try and stay positive. Are you having IVF or trying naturally?

You can get cq10 on Amazon. The purer version is unbiquinol and gets into your blood quicker. I also took a few other things to help egg quality. DHEA, melatonin, vit b, vit D and omega 3. Managed to get pregnant on my third round IVF at 41 xx

Taking folic acid zinc and cq10

Good luck with it. The ovulation test kits are good.

I’d consider adding a complex B (which should cover the folic acid too) and vitamin D also.
