Hi Ewoniuij26,

I think they normally recommend you lay down for 20-30 minutes if you use it vaginally. I would highly recommend using it rectally instead, you don’t have to lay down, it’s not messy and you don’t get any irritation x

Yeah I do insert vaginally and lie down for a while but after,it just comes out messy .. I’ll try rectally this evening

Would second KiboXX and def recommend rectally, less mess, and so you know more is getting absorbed too!

I put mine in rectally much better

I was advised by my doc to use vaginally, he didnt say why, after a few weeks I got DC and started using the back.....best thing I ever did. Zero mess. But it did mess my bowels up a bit. It's a small price to pay to not have a cyclogest time bomb xx
