I just need to vent for 2 mins! Totally appreciate keeping everyone safe and 100% back this but just to be selfish for one minute as nobody else i can talk to! Finally been referred for IVF, have recently had my 4th lap and dye for endo and diagnosed with Hydrosalpinx which i know sure isn’t the end of the world but to me it was, i just couldn’t cope with the anxiety and the waiting and the unknown and went to a very dark place. Have come out of that now as got my IVF ref and finally awaiting a date to remove my tube, and now of course that probably won’t happen for AGES. Then i will need to recover etc before even considering IVF. I know some ladies have had their IVF cancelled and i honestly cannot imagine what you are going through so i would much rather be waiting for another lap, but anyway just wanted to share as we are all in this together.

This whole situation is a mess, and who knows how long you will have to wait, I had both my tubes removed in December which was pretty straight forward and as soon as I was home I called the clinic and they could get started as soon as 8 weeks after surgery but I was due to call this week to arrange an appointment to reach me how to use the injections next month and all of this happens, I just take it one day at a time, it can be really hard but keep going, you will get there, there has to be a light at the end of this tunnel, you're in the right place for support, I hope you don't have to wait too long and chin up X
Thank you very much that’s really useful and good to know we are not alone. I wish you all the best and hope you get seen to soon. I offered to sign for tube removal during the lap but was advised it doesn’t work like that (as at the time we didn’t know it would be blocked)
I had to have my first surgery to see if they could unblock my tubes in Oct 2018 which was successful but there was always a risk they could re-block due to scar tissue which I found out a couple of months later had actually happened so I had two hydrosalpinx and a lot of discomfort, as I had a long haul flight in the middle of all that, it took ages until I was able to have the surgery to have them both removed which was December 2019, I was due to start in the next few weeks, I called the clinic today and they are not starting any new treatments until all this blows over, I'm gutted and as each month goes by my numbers drop due to my age and this virus could be the difference between having children and not
