Both Fallopian tube Removed!

Hi all, so sad and feeling numb. Yesterday had my lap to check both Fallopian tube either to clamp or remove. Unfortunately, doc have to cut both side because damaged and found out that I also had 1 polyps which also removed and also my both ovaries are small. Another and another sad news about my fertility.

No other way for me to get pregnant than ivf.

Could my fertility be more worst than this already?

Story of my life, 30 years old. 1.5 years ago had abdominal surgery to open both end tube. And still no natural conceived. 6 months ago, went for 2nd hsg X-ray and noticed Fallopian tube have fluid and still blocked. 2 months ago, try 1st cycle of ivf and found out I have low AMH, fluid on both Fallopian tube and only 3 eggs on EC day but failed to fertilize. Today, cut both Fallopian tube, removed polyps and small ovaries I had.

The most real sad fertility issues I ever heard and I am experiencing it.

I am so so sorry to read this. I hope you recover soon and take the time to heal emotionally too. Perhaps with the tubes gone you will have successful ivf as there will be no fluid etc to get in the way. I really wish you all the best. This journey is so hard and with so many obstacles in the way. You will get there. Big hugs xxx

Thanks hun. It is really disturbing news for me. Just have to be positive.

Of course it is, and so fresh. It must be hard to imagine how to even begin to process it. You will get there though. Somehow we all keep battling on. Xxx

Hi sorry to read your story, I have only one tube which is clipped, both tubes was damaged by hydrosalpinx (prob spelt wrong) the 2nd was clipped after failed ivf,,

Once I had it clipped we had our 2nd Ivf which was successful and my little boy will be 1 on Wednesday,

I know ivf is your only option now but I’m hoping that you will take my reply as a positive story and I wish you lots of luck with your next cycle xx

Hi, thanks. Hard to accept but I have to and to be positive about it is definitely hard.

Anything else you did to make the 2nd IVF successful? Doctor earlier did mentioned that I have imbalances hormone and didn’t mentioned anything about hormones supplements.

Currently I am taking DHEA, vit d and prenatal supplements.

I totally relate. I found out 2 years ago that both my tubes are blocked and had to have them clipped. Also found out I have no cervix left so have an abdominal stitch in place now. I’m on my third cycle of ivf and still no baby. It’s a long journey but with ivf there’s always hope and you’re a good age so I wish you all the best and take each day at a time xxx

I gave up drinking 4 months before my treatment and hard as it is tried to think positive, I still can’t believe it worked after 10 years of trying and endless tests operations etc,

I think sorting out my tubes definitely helped as the liquid/fluid kills the embryos, I also took seven seas step 1 from 4 months before treatment,

It is crushing when you get more news that you wasn’t aware of in the first place,

X

Yup. I tried seven seas before but no effect as I don’t know all of this happened to me. Wish I could found out sooner.

I can understand how hard this journey must be for you. However, stay strong and positve. I am sure things will get better. I would definately advice you tos tart with your IVF. It is an amazing process! I am in the middle of it. However, make sure to vist a right doctor! Someone who has experience.
