Hey ladies

Hope your all good, sorry been really quiet on here been keeping away as my head wasn’t in the right place.......

Had a laparoscopy in jan where it was going to be decided if I was going to lose my only tube (1 was previously removed) turns out the other tube wasn’t any good so it was removed now all I have is my ovaries and womb.

We have had 1 full cycle and 2 embryo transfers and all have failed Im so so losing hope we have 2 embryos still in frozen but just can’t afford to have the treatment. If this one doesn’t work we may do 1 more cycle but again it’s so so expensive so not fair we can’t have NHS funded IVF!!!

Life is so so unfair why can’t I be lucky and have a baby just got to hope we can find the money to have these 2 embryos put in or I will just have to forget it and give up and get into my head that I won’t ever be a mum...

Just feeling a little sad right now xxx

Hi my love. Sorry to hear about everything you've been through. IVF is ridiculously expense and the whole NHS rules (especially on location!) are quite unfair! Unfortunately....

If you're wanting to be a mum, then I have no doubt you will find a way to do that, as I definitely believe in willpower and working towards a goal, but I agree it is massively unfair that it has to be this way and this hard. I'm happy to know you have 2 frozen embryos in storage. Especially as frozen cycles are much much cheaper than fresh, but I know that doesn't help when you're feeling down and that the odds are stacked against you.

Sorry you're feeling so down lovely. It is no surprise with the tough time you have had!

As you have two frozen would your clinic allow you to do some kind of repayment plan?

Also perhaps you could ask your clinic for a prescription for any meds you need & purchase them elsewhere so you save money? That's my plan!
