Hi anyone take baby aspirin during all of their pregnancy? I've been taking it since our positive test. I just wanted to know if anyone took it until baby arrived?

Baby asprin
Hi,
I'm seeing a fertility specialist and I have high number of natural killer cells so on loads of drugs! But, he pretty much puts all his patients on 75mcg of aspirin (alongside prenatal vits, extra omega 3 and extra d3 vitamin). I've been instructed to keep taking aspirin throughout the whole pregnancy when it does happen ... It's such a low dose and has no effect on baby, so I'm led to believe
Yes I did on the consultants advice due to pre eclampsia risk (being over 40). I stopped it 2 weeks before due date. Baby arrived safely and healthy. My consultant said it was to assist the blood flow to the baby. There were no side effects for us at all. Good luck🤞
I’ve to take it until 36 weeks. That’s what my midwife advised
Thank you all. I've been advised to take it until baby arrives too.
Hi, yes i was given 75mg asprin to take daily from 12 week scan. Told to take to either 34 or 36 weeks, currently 33 weeks so will check with Midwife next visit.
Hi, yes I did. My consultant recommended it to help the baby grow. I was told that it is such a small dosage, it can’t harm the baby. Good luck with your pregnancy xx
I took it until a month before I gave birth. I was advised that you don't want free flowing blood at birth
I believe that I was taking it till week 36. But check when you see your midwife as some take it for less time.
