Hi all, thanks for your responses on my previous post really means alot that you are all going through your own battles but still have the time to support one an another!!! ❤
So after my last attempt with 11 eggs retrieved and zero fertlized this time I wasnt even bothered about numbers, on Tuesday I had 8 eggs collected however this was neither or because or my last experience!! I had the phone call I had been dreaming off on wednesday to advise that I have 3 eggs which had been fertlized however only 2 was good enough I was absolutely over the moon until I started reading stories of people having 8plus eggs fertlized etc!!
Does anyone have any success stories with only having two little embryos? The next phone call I get now from the lab in sunday morning to let me know if implantation is going ahead my clinic does not check the progress until sunday so anything could be happening now I'm so nervous!!
Thank you in advance!!
❤

I’ve read lots on here about ladies only have the 1 being good for transfer and still getting a positive, so fingers crossed hunny hope all goes well 🤞🏻 x
Its horrible waiting for those updates, makes you feel sick doesnt it! Im pleased that you have managed to get a few fertilised after your previous experience. Im sorry it wasnt more but Ive seen a few ladies have good embryos after only having a couple and sucess with babies....Ive been on here a long time! Hopefully some of the others can give you some reassurance too. Were they not able to offer a 3 day transfer? I know some clinics do this when only a couple of embryos. Wishing you loads of luck!xx
Wow that's great! It's such a relief to know they are doing ok. I only had 4 eggs and only 1 fertilised and got my 2 lines yesterday! So anything can happen. Good luck to you. Let the docs do all the worrying now xx
I’ve just read your history and am am so happy for you. It must have been tough not having any fertilise last time round so I’m really pleased you have two! As others have said it is definitely possible to get success from this so hang in there. Perhaps you can do something fun/distracting over the weekend. I’m still on my ivf journey but have found that allowing yourself to feel the joy in the good moments (regardless of what happens next) helps build up a positivity bank for the hard times. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for Sunday. xx
When I went through it, I went from 18 eggs down to 7 fertilising down to one ‘good one’ and two catching up. That one ‘good one’ is now growing and I’m 22 weeks pregnant tomorrow ... it honestly only takes one ☝🏻good luck x
Aww guys, thank you so much so taking the time to reply I appreciate it so much! Congratulations to you all who have children or currently have them growing listening and reading success stories really do give you so much hope! I just hope they hold out and do what they need to do it's terrible this waiting but what can I do, i have a busy weekend planned and i am manic at work so i have lots to take my mind off things but you still have that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach that keeps reminding you what you are going through!!
Thanks ladies I will let you all know how I get on come sunday whether it be positive news or the dreaded bad news!!
