Looking again for some help ... I did an ERA more than 1.5 yrs ago, it came back post receptive. The fet I had about 8 months later, following era protocol, did not take. The mock cycle was fully medicated. Now my dr wants to try a natural cycle for my next embryotransfer (pgta tested) and I was wondering:
1. Can you obtain different results in the era test medicated vs natural mock cycles? Could I actually be receptive at P+5 (or LH+7), even if the medicated cycle showed me postreceptive at that moment?
2. Are the era test results valid forever or do they change?
3. Can chronic endometritis affect the results of the era test?
Thank you so much!

I saw a scientific paper talking about a case, she had endomitritis and did an era test it came back post receptive, then after she treated the endomitritis with two round of antibiotics and did a transfer and it didn't take, she did another era and microbiome test, it comes back pre-receptive and needed 15 more hours of progesterone and no endomitritis, and this time it worked. So yes endomitritis definitely impact era test results
Hey! I had no idea about this... It sounds like me 🙈 I was so amazed at first, because the vast majority of women that have a displaced woi are prereceptive, and I was post receptive?!... I am now trying to convince my my my my dr to do the era again, as she says this test has an unproven efficiency... I pretty much teste everything else, incluing a recent endometrial biopsy to see if the endometritis îs still there. Fingers crossed it is not...
I'm in the same situation, post receptive and endometritis.First transfer with natural modified cycle and a transfer at day 4 worked but my hcg dropped two days after it was my first BFP ever and I was so devastated 😢.
Unfortunately the second transfer with the same protocol didn't take so now I'm back to square 0 and no embryo left and I don't know what to do. My doctor well he refuse to do era test again and I want that plus laporscopy
Between the first and second transfer did you treat the endometritis? So maybe your woi also changed?... It might also be the fault of the embryo, if it wasn't tested... I had a huge surprise this summer, when I did a luteal phase stimulation and obțineți a whopping numer of embryos - 6, which has never happened before, in my case... I used to obtain 1 or 2 blastocysts/stimulation, all excellent quality. And then it turns out that out of the 6 (thatvwere again marvelous quality), only 1 was euploid, it completely threw me... And now I am afraid to transfer it...
