Post Ivf period

Got my period on Sunday during my 2WW 😞

Is it normal for it to be so painful and heavy? I never usually have any problems.

I've heard that it usually is. My period was heavy and painful after my first cycle but that was because I had a chemical. I think because the period has been delayed for so long during the cycle that when you do finally bleed, it's heavy and painful. I've been spotting too since last night 😥 xx

Hey hun, I had a chemical pregnancy in my 2ww last week, and just started my period this Saturday. I’ve been in a lot of discomfort too and it’s a lot heavier than I normally get, so I’m thinking it’s normal.

Sorry to hear this. I have normally bad periods anyway but my period after my failed Ivf last week was so horrendous. I’m sorry to hear hopefully it passes quickly xxx
