Late period before ivf

my day one was due but my period is late and I’m not pregnant! Does anyone have a tips to stay calm as I wondering if the unknown of the ivf is causing my period to be late.

Has anyone experienced similar?

My cycles are always clockwork - until the word IVF or FET is mentioned and then it plays tricks. Really common, try not to focus on it, it will come! So hard not to stress though but honestly I think it’s just Sod’s Law! Best of luck with your cycle 🍀

always happens to me! I’m so regular until I’m waiting to start a round 😂 defo helps when I relax, go a walk, go out with friends, even have some sexy time might help! It will appear soon 🤗

Thank you! It’s reassuring to know it’s more common than I thought and other people have experienced it to. I’m trying to work this around work not finding out as I only started in July

Sometimes stress can upset your cycle as the previous post mention Try taking your mind off IVF by going for a walk or reading a book Maybe give yourself a pamper day - nice relaxing bath -do your nails - facemask - the works
