I was just wondering what others experiences had been for FET’s with endometriosis and what protocols people were on along with success stories.
Our fresh round failed in June and our first FET has just failed too. I was told I’d be monitored closely with the HRT meds as I have endo but this wasn’t the case and I was later told by a different consultant that it would have no impact. I hated taking so many meds for so long and have also recently found out I have a growth on my liver which isn’t anything to worry about but is fed by Estrogen so I’m worried about this getting bigger if I do another medicated FET.
I’d really love to hear about the experiences of others and whether natural FETs work well and any success stories, thanks in advance!

So little is known about endo that i don't think there is a black or white answer on this.
I've got stage 4 endo but due to being older 38 on my fresh icsi and only having one ovary i was put on long protocol by my clinic. Was successful with one frostie.
Had a medicated long protocol fet (full down reg and pretty much the same length of drug intake as a fresh round) bfn. The progynova really flared up my endo. They said that they would have kept me on it for 12 weeks had it been bfp!
About to start another fresh cycle (long protocol no progynova) before i have my full pelvic clearance (what a horrible term!) As the endo is all over the bowel and rectum and i need to think about quality of life after fertility.
I'm older 41 now and my local clinic has higher than average success rates so I'm sticking with them. They don't do natural cycles or id be asking about them.
Thank you so much for your reply and for sharing your experiences . Great to hear that you had success with your first round but I’m sorry to hear about your unsuccessful FET. I think I’ve been on similar protocols so far. I’m not sure what my clinic will say regarding a natural FET but would like to explore it as things just didn’t feel right from the start with the medicated FET I had but will have to see. Wishing you all the very best for your upcoming round xxx
