Another scan... Four follicles are now two.

On Bemfola 350after being on 225 for five days and no reaction. Then told my AMH was 6.7 and dose upped to 350. Scan five days later (Monday) showed four follicles and a scan today showed three... One most likely a cyst and two that haven't grown much.

More bloods taken to check my LH levels and then I have to ring back at 3 today to find out if I need an injection for this and to up my meds again. This whole cycle has been a shambles... I was solely put on Bemfola 225 because of my age (27) but surely this is completely obsolete if my AMH is so low??

I don't really know the point of this post... I just feel like even one egg is out of the question and that it's already over. At 27 I feel completely barren. 😔

You are not barren!! Maybe this is not your cycle every cycle is different!! Keep thinking posting!! You are very young and unfortunately it does take time!! You have time and it can work to your advantage!!

No matter what though look after yourself because reproductively challenged or not you are very important for a lot of people xx

Thank you. It's just gutting and tbh the consultants couldn't care less. I haven't seen the same one once and they've treated our one and only free round as a one size fits all approach. 😔 It's heartbreaking when such an emotionally charged treatment is treated so mechanically.

So sorry to hear. At start of this year at 37 i had a really poor response to a flare cycle with gonal f and it was devastating and felt hopeless with an amh of 1.7. I am currently 16 weeks pregnant naturally. Please don't feel hopeless.
