Day 10 scan 3 follicles

Hi ladies, today was my first scan since being on the injections, I do have a low AMH so wasn’t expecting lots of follicles. They found 8 -3 of which are good sizes 18.8, 21.0 and 19.7. Really kicking myself as one of them is measuring 17.7 but that’s been discounted but I don’t know if I should have asked to stay on med for a bit longer or if it’s reached the size in a couple of days can this be included. Oh well fingers crossed these 3 are the lucky ones xxx

You are no where near out of the game. From 3 follicles I had 2 eggs collected. It’s quality over quantity 🤞🏻xx

Yes I have definitely been telling myself it quality over quantity and the doctor said my lining is good so here’s hoping xx

Definitely go on the advice of your doctor otherwise you run the risk of the bigger ones getting too big and wasting those eggs.

Hopefully that one will catch up anyway but it only takes one egg ❤️Sending you all the luck in the world for your egg collection xxx

Thanks hun yeah I think it’s just when I got home I was over analysing everything so at least they have something to collect...roll on Thursday to see what the egg collection brings xx

3 follicles is all you need! I had 3 all the way through and on my last scan 2 smaller ones turned up. I got 4 eggs, all 4 fertilised, but 1 (the one showing up late to follicle party) didn't make it through as it was too small.

Basically my 3 follicles gave me 1 pregnancy (5 weeks today) and 2 blastocyst in the freezer!!! Quality over quantity. Good luck for egg collection, hope all goes really well. Xx

Thank you so much! It definitely brings me more positivity hearing updates like this and from the other ladies. Thanks all for taking the time to send these messages as it really does help the mind. Booked in for half 7 tomorrow. That will be a shocker in the morning as I can get up later now working from home due to no travelling xxx
