Missed estrogen dose - panicking

I just realised I forgot my evening estrogen tablet last night 😕 should I take an extra one today or leave it? So mad at myself!

You continue taking your daily dose and don't take extra dose when you miss the dose...but try not to forget it next time.

Set an alarm in your mobile phone so that u never forget

Does your clinic have an out of hours number you can call? If so I’d ring and ask them. As it’s so early they may want you to take one now. But try not to beat yourself up, it is easily done and I’ve seen several women miss a dose of medication on here and be ok xx

I tried to call but they haven’t picked up, I’ll try again in a bit

I work nights and was in a rush so I had to leave quickly, I’ve set myself alarms so that I don’t forget moving forward. I’m on day 5 of taking the tablets so hopefully missing one won’t make a difference

I'm not sure what he right answer is to this but if ive missed one ive just taken it when I remember. If you can speak to your clinic great but if not go with how you feel. I bought one of those clear 7 day pill boxes on ebay for my meds as I found it tough to remember......like an old dear!🤣🙈🤣🤣🤣xx

I managed to get in touch with the clinic and they advised me to take 4 today to make up for the one I missed!

I have a pill box but I haven’t put these tablets in there 😂 I take so many supplements you’d think I’d put these in there as well.. I definitely will now!xx
