Wrong dose of progynova.

Help! I’m panicking. It’s Sunday night and I don’t want to bother my ob gyn til the morning. I only realized now that I was taking the wrong dose of progynova. It’s the 5th day after my egg transfer and I was talking it 2 tabs 2x a day when I should only be taking it 1 tab 2x a day. I’m scared it will affect my implantation

do you mean you are 5 days after embryo transfer?

You should call your clinic to ask, but I don’t think you need to panic - 2x2 a day isn’t that much, I’ve been on 2x3 a day before , I don’t think it’ll do any harm….

Yes, I meant embryo transfer. I’ll call the clinic tom. Thank you!! Hopefully it’s really nothing.

Turns out I was taking the right dose after all. Two papers were handed out to me, one with the right dose and other with the wrong one. Seems like I worried for nothing. Anyway, thank you! Your support means a lot.

Hey, you've probably spoken to your clinic by now but I'm sure that does is fine - I've been on 5 x tablets a day before and it just thickens the lining up nicely.

Yes, the doctor said I was taking the right dose. Long story short there’s a discrepancy between the 2 prescriptions they gave me. Thank you! I appreciate the reply.
