Hi ladies I'm new to this, I guess I'm just looking for some support.
So it's 9 days post 5-day blastocyst transfer and starting to feel a little loopy! I've had mild on and off cramping sometimes strong from day 1, along with bloating, wind and headaches for the first few days. I also got a head cold on day 5 which is making me feel pretty crap. I realise the progesterone and progynova that I'm on can cause these effects.... hence why I'm going loopy.
I'm no stranger to the 2ww as this is my 13th transfer (11 eggs mine 2 donor). it's very hard to get on with things when there is a constant reminder (cramping).
I love that there is global community support for both women and men going through IVF I think you are all amazing for sharing your journey.
Good Luck

Hi ladies, thanks for all the lovely words of encouragement. I'm at the doctor now getting blood test, wasn't due to get until monday (3 more days) but i had some very light spotting yesterday. The meds im on should stop my period coming so they happy to do early test. I had fever's last night with this cold, so I'm not feeling very positive about it.
I should find out at lunch, I'll let you know how i go.
So ladies, bloods came back BFN 😞. I kinda knew that would be the case, as i have been so sick with this virus....bad timing. Anyway back to the drawing board, we have one 5day blastocyst and one 3day, so see how we go. Good luck to you all, hang in there. This journey can only be understood by those going through it. I really wish you all the best, I'll be back in a month or so😘xxx
Sorry to heat that you got a BFN. Big hugs....Ive had 4 and they never get any less disappointing! You sound like you have lots of fight in you so wishing you all the best for your next one!xx
