Aftermath of failed FET

Hi all,

On Friday past I got a negative test and I started bleeding on Monday. I have been a lot of pain, headaches, feeling nausea. I was expecting a heavy bleed like my fresh cycle but this is not the case. Is this normal? Sorry for TMI.

Hi KriSho. So sorry to hear this. Make sure you drink plenty of water, as it should help overcome the headaches and nausea. It can take a couple of cycles for your period to return back to what is normal for you. Hope you soon feel better. Diane

I had pretty bad cramps after my failed cycles too. I think its the sudden drop in all the hormones that makes us feel so rotten and I think its pretty normal. Hopefully you'll feel better soon.xx
