Advice - periods all over the place since failed transfer

Hi fellow IVF warriors 🍍🌈 💪

I’m looking for some advice as I’m a bit worried.

After I came off my medication on 2 August, following my failed IVF, I waited about ten days for my AF to arrive and it lasted just over a week when it came.

I then had a week with nothing and then around three weeks with light to medium spotting which is unusual for me. I had a scan at our clinic to check everything was okay and they said my lining was still thick and I was due a period soon.

My AF then arrived on 13 August and finished last Wednesday. I then started spotting yesterday and today I have a really heavy period again. 🤔😧

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have also found out my thyroid is now overactive in the last few weeks too (it was previously under active so I was on thyroxine). I have been referred to an endocrinologist to assess me. I wonder if my periods being all over the place could be linked to this?

All experiences and advice much appreciated. Thank you in advance. xxx
