Hi,

This is my first time to post anything - love reading the discussions....

Just had our 3rd failed FET, second one ended in early miscarraige but nothing on the other 2. I'm scheduled for hysteroscopy later this month before the next transfer in Oct. Looking for anyone who had success after hysteroscopy? We are using donor eggs as I'm 45.....

Even I am using donor eggs with two failed transfer and staying positive for next cycle as I developed cyst on left ovary during endometrium preparation so in birth control pills for 21 days now to resolve my cysts and carry on with embryo transfer next cycle ,staying positive .

I have done my hysterogram xray with dye injection to your uterine cavity ,fallopian tube to check for any abnormalities like blocked tube ,uterine cavity shape etc ,all came normal so am not sure about hysteroscopy because my doctor never encourage that unless there were some issue or abnormalities in hysterogram xray.,so not sure...

But one thing please trust your doctor

all she was is to make you pregnant

All the best am sure you will be healthy pregnant soon before Christmas ☺️,trust universe

Hi, sorry for your BFN 😔

I had a hysteroscopy after our 4th failed cycle. They found a 1cm polyp which was removed. Everything else looked normal. It was also used as a scratch.

We’ve just had a BFP last week from our 5th fresh cycle. I’m 40 and never thought it would happen for us. They can’t say if it was the hysteroscopy but that’s all that was different. It may have just been a numbers game. Know way of telling now.

But I think a hysteroscopy is really worth while. Even for peace of mind that everyone normal. I wish I’d had it a lot sooner. We were advised against it as they said scans are such high quality these days. But the scans didn’t pick up my polyp.

Good luck xx

Thank you so much for your reply and huge congrats on your BFP!!!! I'm sure you're over the moon after a lot of disappointment. Its lovely to read a story like this of a success after a hysteroscopy so thank you for that - it certainly gives me some hope - I wish you the very best with your pregnancy xx

Thank you. I’m still finding it hard to believe it’s happened. Early days, but over the moon. Didn’t expect us to be the ones with a success story. I’m glad that gives you hope and wish you so much luck xx
