Worried about something I've eaten

Morning

I ate a boiled egg this morning that was left out over night, out of its shell but wrapped in foil. I left it to cool and forgot to put it in the fridge. I have just googled and now I'm worried. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and it has been a long journey to get here. Any advice?

Thanks

Don't worry, you'll be fine. That's a pretty low risk food and one night out of the fridge won't have done any harm. X

Thank you, so silly of me to have eaten it, not worth the worry x

Hi OJ. no worries! It might have caused a tummy upset, but that would have happened pretty quickly, if at all. You are passed your 12week deadline, so baby is developed and snug and safe. Hope all continues to progress well. Diane

Thanks Diane, was so annoyed with myself this morning. Keep thinking something is going to go wrong, feels too good to be true x x
